Do I receive proofs prior to printing or launching of any projects?
Yes, Ignitra will always send proofs for confirmation with customers to ensure the customer is happy with the final product prior to sending to the printing department or launching of any projects (i.e. website, etc.) Keep in mind all monitors will reflect a slight variance on color. It is recommended to view the final projects on multiple monitor setups if at all possible to get a feel for the range of colors that will be used. Ignitra will not alter any Logo colors unless otherwise instructed and/or approved on request by the designers. Ignitra prides itself in using CMYK 4/4 colors that are the most effective and look good on printed material.
What if I am unsatisfied with the product I received?
Ignitra Marketing Group, LLC guarantees 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Ignitra promises you will be happy with your product, or we will gladly reprint your order. Ignitra Marketing Group, LLC follows a vigorous proof procedure where we supply you as the customer with proofs throughout the design phases until a final product is approved. We will gladly honor a bad print job or mistakes in printing beyond what was approved during the proof stages, however we can not honor and refund for a bad design, or if a customer is unhappy with the design, once the printed material or project is finished. If you are unhappy with a design, this needs to be brought to our attention prior to finalizing the project.

If an issue arises with the printing of your product, please contact our Customer Service department at (800) 914-8182 or info@ignitra.com. Ignitra will correct improper cutting, color drift, and printing quality. The customer is responsible for and should correct files with incorrect color selection, incorrect resolution, incorrect card orientation, and spelling or grammar errors. You can always send your file in to our file support department if you are unable to correct these issues yourself. If the file is printed with customer errors, you are responsible for the error and there may be a charge to reprint.
Mailing Lists: Can I use my own mailing permit?
At this time, you may not use your own mailing permit. Ignitra Marketing Group, LLC will use their mailing permit to send out any and all bulk mailings requested by the customer. Any postcards or mailings done will always look as if it came from your business, just using our mailing permit to send the materials. If you have questions, feel free to contact us at 800-914-8182
Mailing Lists: Is there a specific format needed?
Ignitra Marketing Group, LLC and the Bulk Mailing department requires all mailing lists to be formatted in .xls (Excel Sheets). Please only submit one complete file with addresses separated by rows and Company Name, Contact Name, Address, City, State, Zip separated by columns. Please download the Bulk Mailing Help File if you are unsure of how to format the list. Ignitra Marketing Group, LLC also offers Consulting Services if you need us to organize a list or multiple lists. Please contact us at 800-914-8182 and request this service if needed.
Mailing Lists: What services am I paying for?
You are paying for ink jet addressing of the postcards, merge/purge, address validation/correction services, move update reporting, duplicate detection services, postal standardization, postal pre-sorting, postage, and data confidentiality.
Mailing Lists: Can I send out Brochures with Bulk Mailing?
Yes, you can send out postcards and stuffed envelopes (limit 2 items in a stuffed envelope). An example would be you wanting to send a personalized letter to your customers along with a brochure stuffed in the envelope and/or business card, reply card, postcard, flyer, or magnet. Most stuffed envelopes would be better suited going out in a 6x9 envelope. Mailing Lists: When will my postcards reach my customers?
If you select First Class Mail, your customers will receive the postcards within 1-2 business days once they are mailed. If you choose to send your postcards via Standard Mail, your customers will receive the postcards 3-5 business days from the mail date. If you have political content on your postcard design, you may send via Standard Mail and the USPS will treat it as a First Class mailing (1-2 business days).
What is CMYK 4/4 Color?
CMYK is made up of four colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. In full-color process printing, CMYK is the standard method for offset printing. In the printing process, CMYK colors are measured by their subtractive/ reflective values; when the colored ink is applied to paper, the surface of the paper reflects some color and the non-reflective (that is, absorbent) color is seen. CMYK colors are obtained by mixing the strengths of each color to produce a new color. The colors are mixed in percentages: 0% represents no color, whereas 100% represents a maximum use of color.
How does Ignitra handle my design requests?
Upon receiving a design request, Ignitra will first send you a quote based on your specific needs. Once a signed quote has been returned to us we will then send an Invoice for the entire project. For any design work to begin, excluding consulting services, a 50% down payment on the invoice total is required. After the project is finished the rest of the Invoice payments will be due based on the payment terms described in the Quote. After the 50% down payment has been received design work will begin and we will send you up to 3-4 proofs until finalized and you are happy with the design. At this point the project is completed and we will send materials for printing or launching, and the rest of the Invoice payments would be due.
Can I design my own materials and have Ignitra print them?
Yes, you can design your own materials or submit your current materials and have Ignitra Marketing Group, LLC print them for you. Since Ignitra has formed alliances with the top printers we can pass on the highest quality services at competitive prices below market rate. Please make sure to follow the instructions listed on the File Help page and download your starter files.
